How we write

Editorial standards at Pure Fit Base: evidence base, sources and fact-checking.

Evidence base

We build health articles on scientific publications and clinical guidelines. Data comes from open research databases (PubMed, Europe PMC) and reputable guidelines, not social media posts. Every article ends with a list of sources and links so you can check for yourself.

How an article is made

We choose topics from readers' real search queries. Then we gather sources, cross-check the facts and write a clear, plain-language answer. If a topic lacks a solid evidence base, we don't publish it.

Review and fact-checking

Before publishing, each piece goes through editorial review: alignment with sources, no contradictions and readability. Published articles are regularly run through an automated audit against our quality standard.

Updates and corrections

Understanding of nutrition and health changes, so we update articles as new evidence appears. Spotted an error? Tell us and we'll look into it and fix it.

Authors and accountability

Content is produced by the Pure Fit Base editorial team based on scientific sources. We don't present our authors as practising doctors or attribute credentials to them: the value is in verifiable sources and honest reporting. Decisions about diagnosis and treatment always rest with your own doctor.

A note on your health

The content on this site is for information only and does not replace medical advice. If you have symptoms or a chronic condition, are pregnant, or before changing your diet, taking supplements or starting new exercise, consult a professional.
